During the delivery phase of a project, we offer total engineering, procurement and construction management of a multitude of activities related to wastewater treatment.
 
Our Project Management capability is based on ARM's experience since the company formed in 1947. We understand that client relationships are all pervading and are central to our sustainable approach. We ensure all projects deliver a long term benefit to the client and the environment.

Over the last 30 years ARM have established a solid and successful supply chain that enables our Project Management team to efficiently deliver a multitude of projects on time and on budget.
 
To ensure ARM maintains our position at the forefront of natural wastewater treatment it is essential that our quality, safety and environmental proceedures meet the highest standards. Therefore our ISO 9001 and 14001 policies are fully integrated within our Project Management and site activities.
 
When our projects have been built it is essential that a thorough commissioning phase is completed. This is once again managed by our project teams, who ensure rigorous testing is undertaken to achieve successful facility start up.
 
Project Management does not however end at the project delivery. We provide ongoing support and care for the facility usually for two years after handover.
