ARM Ltd’s Field Services Department provides a comprehensive after-sales service for our clients. Reed beds are not a maintenance-free solution to wastewater treatment; however they do only require a low level of maintenance. Every system we design and construct automatically comes with a two year service and maintenance contract.

Prompt action on Asset Assessment and effective Asset Management programmes will also reduce the need for refurbishment. Our planned programmes can include regular weeding, pipework maintenance, fixing breakages and repairing broken channels. We normally carry out a number of visits every year to keep systems running smoothly, and keep our clients fully informed with the production of Field Services Reports to give peace of mind.
