ARM's specialist knowledge of wastewater treatment goes beyond the design, installation and ongoing maintenance of reed beds.

We can undertake a host of support activities that keep reed beds and sewage treatment works operating at their optimal capacity. Our specialist knowledge of water and sewage treatment enables us to assess individual sites and deliver a cost effective long term solution to effluent problems.
As part of our Asset Support Services, we carry out Asset Assessments to evaluate process efficiency, the condition of the reed beds and determine their viability to meet the discharge consent.  This service is extended to sites where the reed beds were not installed by ARM Ltd.
We will carry out a site visit and assess various criteria such as hydraulic characteristics and the accumulation of organic matter to determine the operating condition of the reed bed, followed by the provision of a written report with recommendations to take the worry off your shoulders.

We deliver more than just support services for reed beds. We provide ongoing support and maintenance for other wastewater assets including trickling filters, RBCs and other biofilters.
