Research & Development

ARM has its own trial reed beds in Rugeley, originally set up to investigate agricultural effluents, this has now been extended to test a various adaptations to the technology to increase treatment efficiencies. We have over 20 reed bed cells available to trial wetland application to various effluents. These are available to clients when testing the suitability of reed beds to their specific wastewater.

Our continuous programme of product and application development is reported regularly by ARM staff and associates in published papers at a number of international wetland conferences and in many journals.

We continue to develop our associations with the leading specialist companies, academic institutes and individuals in their fields in order to provide the best possible service to our clients.
